Erin was once a routine burnout sufferer, running away from exhaustion only to find herself divingright back in, over and over again. In this workshop she shares how mindfulness has helped her turn her attention inwards to recognize the early signs of burnout, and to break the habitual patterns of physical and emotional fatigue.

Erin Lee is a Mindfulness Coach and Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. She aspires to help people see themselves in a clearer light and integrate more moments of mindfulness in their daily lives.
